Our Commitment
At La Cima Coffee we stand behind every bag we send. If something is wrong with your order we will make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
Perishable Product Policy
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept physical returns. However if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason please contact us at hola@lacimacoffee.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will resolve it.
We will offer a full refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrived damaged
- Your order was lost in transit
- You received the wrong product
- The coffee arrived with a quality defect
How to Request a Refund:
- Email us at hola@lacimacoffee.com
- Include your order number
- Describe the issue
- Attach a photo if the product is damaged
We respond within 24 business hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date with no penalty. To cancel email us at hola@lacimacoffee.com or manage your subscription directly from your account page.
We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.
Wrong Address
La Cima Coffee is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double check your shipping address at checkout.
Stolen or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark delivered early
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact us at hola@lacimacoffee.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened coffee bags (unless defective)
- Orders with incorrect address provided by customer
- Orders outside the 14-day contact window
