Our Promise
Every bag of La Cima Coffee is roasted fresh and shipped with care. We want your coffee to arrive at its peak — full of aroma, flavor and a little piece of Colombia. We roast and ship from the US!
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the US and want La Cima Coffee contact us at hola@lacimacoffee.com and we will do our best to help.
Processing Time
All orders are roasted fresh after purchase. Please allow 2–3 business days for roasting and processing before your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Total delivery time = processing (2–3 days) + shipping (3–7 days) = 5–10 days from order date.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $40 or more within the United States.
Add a second bag to your order and shipping is on us. ☕
Subscriptions
All monthly subscription orders ship free, always — regardless of order value.
Subscription orders are processed and shipped on the same date each month based on your sign-up date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email at hola@lacimacoffee.com. You can use this number to track your package in real time.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Issues
Late delivery: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays can occasionally occur especially during peak seasons like holidays. If your order is significantly delayed contact us and we will investigate.
Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days contact us at hola@lacimacoffee.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will send a replacement at no cost.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. La Cima Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you entered a wrong address contact us immediately at hola@lacimacoffee.com. If your order has not yet shipped we will do our best to update it.
Fresh Coffee Guarantee
Every bag is roasted to order. This means your coffee is never sitting in a warehouse going stale — it goes from the roaster to your door as fresh as possible.
This is why processing takes 2–3 days. We think it's worth the wait.
